It is an art-centered, residential community designed for working artists, and for families looking to immerse themselves in an environment concentrating on the arts. Here residents can use their creative expression while working with others who share that common passion. DA+ HC directly combines the creativity and excitement of an art-centered community with arts programming and classes. Artists and art organizations volunteer their time and talent by interacting with the children, parents and residents of the community, teaching art skills and creating an arts enriched environment.
